Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, choose your desired item, select your size and add it to your cart. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@behebe.com.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers across the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:

Can I track my order?

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or restricted addresses.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
What condition must returned items be in?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

How do I start a return?

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
